adjusting/saving preset sound in Cakewalk TTS-1

What do I need to do to save the sound from harpsichord to bass/lead in the Cakewalk TTS-1 soft synth?

I managed to change the and save the reverb and chorus on that midi channel 7, by right clicking and it brings up a controller you can press apply to all and clear and it resets the midi piece which I got off the internet.

So I'm not trying to make my own midi piece really-just trying to alter and remix the one I found online and I think I'd rather hear bass lead than harpsichord, but I don't know how to reset and save that change. I know how to get there, but not keep the change.

I'm using SHS 6 XL.

I tried right-clicking on the area that says "harpsichord" in Cakewalk TTS-1, but nada.

Maybe I'll go try something straight on the individual midi track box. See If I can change it there somehow.

    Aha.

    So I went to the individual midi track box for the harpsichord and looked around, clicked on some buttons and one that says "patch" is the one to change. 

    It's nice-you just change it from harpsichord or whatever sound it was originally conceived with to whatever you now want. Like bass lead AND it's way faster for previewing sounds than what I was doing before-like left clicking on the area that says harpsichord in the TTS-1 softsynth and then choosing, scrolling around, etc.. That takes quite a bit of time, because you go back and forth and do it again and again and again.

    Using the patch button in your individual midi track can let your preview lots of sounds quite nicely and fast. :) And change the sound it originally was made with.

    yes, you have to change the channel, bank & patch information on the MIDI track properties NOT on the face of TTS-1 itself or it won't save that information in your project (and it will cause other problems when you use more than one channel)

    sorry if I'm making this post float again, but there's any tutorial about how to make this? because I don't understand what are the midi properties (sorry noob here)

    MIDI properties are in the MIDI Track Pane.
