amplitube 3 setup

Just got cakewalk 6 and a roland tricapture. everything hooked up and recording my guitar. been trying to hook up the amplitube but cannot figure it out. checked the manual and it doesn't tell me how to hook it up. or at least i just don't see where it says how. can someone help me out? i'm a bit new at this stuff. thanks.
