There's a jazz harmonica soundfont on this site:
    http://www.thejazzpage.de/index1.html

That's the link for the main page. Near the bottom, there's a section named 'Downloads'. The top item is 'Soundfonts'. Click it. (Sorry I can't give a direct link; there's some weirdness with frames going on and direct links don't work).

Once you're on the Soundfonts page, look about 3/4 of the way down the page. You should find a harmonica soundfont (between "7 Guitars" and "NyLoNgUiTaR2"). There's an mp3 demo and a sfArk-compressed soundfont.

It's not quite a blues harmonica, but it's not too bad.
Hope it works for you -- if you find a better / bluesier one, please let me know.

I had a similar problem -- kept getting a "not authorized" error, or something like that. When that happens, I usually try going to the home page for the site (for example, www.thejazzpage.de), and searching from there until I find what I want (or give up....). This kind of problem can happen when the web designer gets too cute with the site design.....

There's also an harmonica on the Plugsound free VST and it sounds better than any of the sf2's I tried before... in my humble opinion!

If you have a way to convert/import giga format, these samples sounded pretty good to my ears (Harmonica: Blues licks - down toward the bottom of the page):
