anyone having an issue with the chord analyzer not working in X2?

    Has anyone had any luck with the Chord Analyzer in X2 yet? Notes being played show up on the staff and keyboard but it doesn't identify what the chord is.

    x2a update inadvertently fixed it somehow.  i mentioned it to noel at one point and he seemed surprised, because they apparently hadn't worked on it.  are you having probs with x2a? or a diff version of x2 (producer, studio, essential)?

    Thanks for the info ... I'm running X2 Producer and haven't upgraded to X2a yet. Haven't had the need yet since as far as I understand the majority of the X2a upgrade was for touch screen support which I don't have yet.

    It works for me. You have to launch it from Process Effect-MIDI Effects-Chord Analyzer and not Insert-Effect-MIDI Effects-Chord Analyzer.

    Worked fine for me using X2a Producer. And I just added it to the FX bin on a MIDI track so I didn't see Daveny5's issue.
