astronaut sample

Hi all,

don't spose anyone has a sample of an astronaut talking to ground control do they?? or know where I might find one??

I have looked in freesound project, installed my copy of encarta, but no luck.

I would try and create it myself, but there aren't many british sounding astronauts :)

cheers for anything

i'll email it to you if you want. but use at your own risk. receive the email at your own risk. you may or may not get magic lantern, shamrock tracking you because of the email but at the very least echelon is going to pick up on it. are you sure you want it. my friend w/ mil thinks it is a plant for disinformation but i would not count on that. it has become gone very quick. but then again that is what would...also if what he believes is true. there are things very wrong with the protocols used in communication. but there are also a lot of non-mil astronauts now a days.

    Thanks!

Speaking of astronaut samples, I was always fascinated by this plugin!!

    COSMONAUT VOICE

I'm not sure if a VST or DirectX version was ever available but it would be pretty cool to make your own Russian Space Conversations!!

Is this the one with all the expletives (f this and f that) that allegedly took place during a moon landing?

Isn't Echelon not in use anymore?

no i believe the one you are referring to is the one that was supposedly picked up via ham radio operators on apollo 11 moon landing (pre-encryption days; the good old days) with neil armstrong his stepping on the moon to set up the camera and stuff before the televised 'first foot step' on the moon. you will never find a copy of that. what he saw is unbelievable even sci-fi can't do it justice. :-)

The one I'm talking about is at this link: http://www.blogjam.com/neil_armstrong/
I know it works because I just listened to it. There's even a bit of video to go with it.

edit...when i get some time i will do a spectral analysis of that audio and the audio released to the public, upon listening to them there seem to be some differences.

edit...okay hehe i thought this might be real. no chance...nice one though. i like it.....lot's of profanity though...

The clip you emailed me is very short...where's the rest? I was hoping for a little more...especially the part where they're told to switch frequencies! Very interesting!

i'm currently house sitting for friends on business in belgium in a city in the usa known as the holy city :-) here no building can be constructed to stand higher than the tallest church building. you are welcome anytime to come for a visit. this place is crazy. many times in my life i have moved somewhere to be in a place where i stand out and must adapt to fit in. for an agnostic this is such a place. having fun in crazy town. the people here are so courteous.

    krispy kreme doughnuts:
old man talking to himself for at least 30 minutes. the most incredible statements of knowledge i have heard in a long time uttered in this simple old business by a rambling old man. sidewalk preacher. i wish i could get this guy in the studio.

"when your car has no gas it stops. that is gas is food for your car. the body is just like your car when the heart gets no food the body stops. you got keep doing what you are doing. you got to feed the heart."

    wow. :-)

This is not text messaging on a cell phone - please correspond in full words. If I want to decipher code, I'll go down into my ham shack and turn on one of my rigs and work some dx (distant ham radio stations).

Well, the link I gave above is the same clip that rabeach sent me, so it's hardly "top secret". But if there was the missing conversation about switching channels and the report of the "fire" on board, then we've definitely got something!

Robert? Care to comment? (I think rabeach is a tad paranoid, but maybe he's got his reasons!) LOL

even with the edit what i sent is very different than the link. it is all in knowing where to peep. how things are done. go and have some fun. there is one not hard to find. enuff left there to see. seek and ye shall find. <g> all i can say. is it time to play. hint for what's hard to find and what you will probably never find. am fm in the sun. once again go have some fun. :-)
