Make a buss and call it 'master'; make it be the only track or buss that directly addresses your soundcard output and that all other tracks and busses ulitimately end up going to your 'master'. Now when you export your audio you can make sure it only takes the signal from the soundcard output you have your 'master' routed to and your track will be bounced as you hear it. Child

Prove to yourself that it isn't Sonar that's causing the problem. Do an export as outlined by Rothchild, then before listening to it on anything else, re-import that track back into the project. Solo it and listen carefully - it should be identical to what you were hearing before. (Don't forget to bypass any master bus processing or you'll be doubling up on the effect)

Rothchild and Bristol_Jonesey before that,i would like to tell you that I'm not using any audio interfaces such us mixer,M-Audio or else..I directly record an audio from keyboard line out to my laptop line in... I'm using windows7 32-bit operating system... anywhere thanks for your information.. :-)

Even so, you can still do what I suggested in post #3 just to prove to yourself that the export function isn't causing the volume drop you seem to be hearing.

In fact if you have your set up as I described you can import your file back in, as Jonsey describes, and not only will you be able to do an a/b listening test you should be able to invert the phase of your exported file and you will hear nothing. This will prove that the contents of the export are the same as the output. I'm not sure why you think the process you use for recording your keyboard has anything to do with the quality of the file rendered from within sonar? Child

i bounce my mix to a stereo pair. i then tag that pair, and do the export as 'raw 24 bit files', with everything ticked OFF on the side bar. that should mean, a direct export of nothing but that bounced file, which i have already put thru my busses and master. then i get a stereo file, in 24 bit, that is exactly as the bounced file is in sonar. i then process that file in another program.
