auto midi respond

Hello Sonar People,
 
is there a way to set up some kind of autorespond to incoming midi data?
 
For example, I would need that of incoming MIDI CC 127 with a value 127, Sonar automatically responds with the same MIDI CC but with a different value.
In Cubase this can be done with MIDI Sends and Transformer utility.
 
I need this for work with an iPad Lemur app (Composer Tools), that can change settings in respond to a MIDI CC.
This works as follows:
 
:Lemur Composer Tools sends MIDI CC 127 with value 127
:Regarding of the current active midi track, the DAW should recognize this CC 127 and responds with a preset value of 1-126.
:Lemur app changes the preset corresponding to the value of the incoming CC 127.
 
Any ideas?
