Cool unconventional beat. Sub bass was nice. Kick needs a little more thump for my likings, mayby around 60-80 hz. Synth needs to come down maybe 3 dB to leave room for vox and maybe some EQ cuts as well. Also the synth has some harshnes to it that might cause ear fatigue after awhile (I know cause I've made the exact same thing a couple of times).

Work a little with the mix and ad a chorus and this could be really good.

Now, all I've said is off course subjective so if you wanna hear something I've done to see where I'm at you can check this song out (Smooth RnB): http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2047295

Sadly very reduced studio equipment as it is... ASUS G750J, 8 gb RAM, Win8, Roland Quad Capture.

I love what you are going for with the beats but they just seem a wee bit off time-wise to me.
