GREAT STUFF! Acoustic guitars are splendid, as are the vocals. Actually, everything about it is great. Bass pokes out nicely, drums are right where they should be - the kick and bass balance is absolutely perfect. Panoroma is especially pro-sounding; good width and balance, with a nice hole in the center for the vocal. Plus I just love a song with an actual theme. And I like Vegas, too. In moderation, of course.

But all thoose guitars and voices coming like skuds!!!! Sorry ,sorry ... Make me loose sometime the heart of the thing. You are full of energy and really proficient ... Thanks for sharing. Hope you will find the audience you desserve. Cheers. Olivier.

Love this. Got a bit of a Spock's Beard thing going on if you know that band. They are cool, and so is this song...:) Fantastic professional mix and great performances.

LOL this song is off of my 'the time is magic' album.

I feel like this should be reference listening for how to mix guitars, how to mix vocals. Best Panning 2018. So friggin' great. Where did that ending come from? Breaking rules isn't as fun as making new ones. Totally cool. cheers, -Tom

hey olivier! thanks for listening even if it's not your thing... much appreciated. yes, this is a high energy boogie/shuffle, and it tries to convey the energy level, and even the schizophrenic nature of what i saw. the heart of the thing was the craziness of it all, and how it just does not stop. you picked up on the message, but just missed the punchline! peace man mkerl Good Job. Cool !
thanks so much, mkerl sven450 Love this. Got a bit of a Spock's Beard thing going on if you know that band. They are cool, and so is this song...:) Fantastic professional mix and great performances.

hey tom! thanks for the mix kudos...... all done in Sonar. the ending....... i had a demo, from way back, where i did a breakdown like that, and i always wanted to use it in something.. this one just seemed perfect for it... like the ending is the big breath of relief when you leave that place!! LOL

...cards that had naked women on them and said 'for a good time.....' Picture a Venn diagram portraying two spheres, one representing naked women and the other representing good times. You might be surprised at how small the congruence actually is. The late great Rodney Dangerfield taught us that. Now, the same diagram showing Spock's Beard on one side and misery, bankruptcy and low self-esteem on the other - those spheres wouldn't even intersect. So stick with the music and keep walking when those flyers are offered.

So awesome. Fun tune -- and then the guitars get nasty! Sounds like you had a blast making this...I definitely enjoyed hearing it.

Oh... yeah... I think this might be one of my favorites from you, Bats. The mix is so out front yet everything is clear, just fantastic. And the energy level is thru the roof. Personally I was hearing hints of Extreme in there, and I like Extreme.
