better CPU metering?

How about a "debug" mode (set in Cakewalk.ini?) where we can get more detailed CPU usage. This would be great when measuring the amount of CPU used by various plugins, or settings etc.
Even if these meters added a little overhead (to the CPU), they could still be used to measure "before" and "after" measurements.
Then we could go back to "normal" settings - for normal use.

At the moment - Platinum doesn't seem to pay attention to CPUMeterMode= settings in Cakewalk.ini.

- Asus P8z77-V mobo - using the integrated Intel graphic card (HD4000)

I usually use ASIO set at 64 or 128 samples
er - that's it I think...

Yeah, I'd like a task manager type window, internal to Sonar. Some other DAW has this, I seem to recall... is it Reaper?
