bought expanded at the same time as X1d, what to install first?

bought expanded at the same time as X1d, what to install first?

The same day I got Expanded, there is X1D to install.
Can I just install Expanded over my Producer then the update to expanded x1D?
Or am I missing a step?


Producer Exp x1d 
Win XP, intel Core2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.4 GHz, 2 GHz RAM  
Nvidia gforce 8500 GT    
BR800 controller , DR880 drum machine. GR20 guitar synth, Alesis QX25 
KRK 6 + 10" sub.   Sennheiser HD280pro cans  
2 Yamaki acoustics, Korean Strat, 60's Jazzmaster, 60's BF Deluxe Reverb,

    Just to add that expanded will only install over X1c (and perhaps later versions???) but definitely not earlier ones.

    Did you install the "quickfix" for Sonar Producer X1C?

    Yes I think I did and I guess I have to uninstall that first right? I saw some instructions about that.

    Well, if your current version is Sonar Producer X1C + the quickfx, then your build # should be 326. If that's correct, then you need to roll back the quickfix (the revised build will then be 319). Instructions on how to do that is here:
