tell me the importance of creating the bus

See the manual, chapter "Mixing and Effects Patching", subsection "Stereo Buses", starting with "Buses are useful for ... ". No sense to repeat this here.

Any time you want to affect a group of tracks at the same time and in the same way, then you can create a bus and route all the tracks you want to it.

Lets say I've got three vocals and I solo all three of them, then I get the levels of all three vocals set just right with relation to each other. Then when I put it with the music, I notice that all the vocals are too quiet. So I want to turn them all up without changing the ratio between them. So I assign them to a bus and turn the bus up or down.
Also if you want to assign the same effect with the same settings to more than one track, busses are useful for this.

Also if you want to monitor the levels of a group of tracks together (i.e. make sure your mix isn't clipping) the only way to do this is if they are assigned to the same buss.
