cakewalk does not react when i try to make template

i want to make an big template with cakewalk. everytime when im close to the 50 intrument track cakewalk does not react.
before in sonar the same. i dont know whats the problem. when i load ew play 6, kontakt or other plugins. cakewalk (and the former sonar) 
 
my pc:
amd fx 8320 4ghz
32 gig ram
256gb ssd (windows)
1tb ssd second drive for librarys.
