can the fade-in be adjusted?

When I want to do a fade-in at the beginning of a song, I move the little slider handle over and it adds a volume "curve" to the waveform to fade-in the song. Is this curve adjustable? In other words, I want to be able to control how long or short my fade in is, can I alter/manipulate the steepness of the curve?

Thanks in advance for any help,
Phil

sure... that's the idea - just drag it forward or backward in time to change the slope of the envelope..

What I'm asking is how can I manipulate the curve, so that I change it's arch - making either an instantanious drop, or a long slow fade-in? It seems that moving the slider move forces it to fade -the same "dergee" all the time. Can I add points or handles to work with it manually?

    Thanks again,

OK... In that case, no you can't, at least not that I've found anywhere. Pyro is set up to do a fast-fade in/slow fade-out.

That is a good idea though. I have thought the same thing that a controllable fade in and out would be a welcome additon. Maybe 2005 will have it.
