can't intall free noise reduction on sonar 8.5 64 bit

i'm trying to use this plugin:
http://www.kvraudio.com/get/4153.html

just as all my other VST and VSTi i copied the dll in my vst folder but after "searching new plugins" it do not appear in the VST list.

anyone has the same problem??
how can i solve it?
i'm using sonar 8.5 on windows 7 64 bit

    Maybe that's why the average user rating is 1. Use something else.

    The DLL file needs to be registered with Windows for SONAR to use it. To do this, open a command window, navigate to the plugin folder, and enter:

    regsvr32 <plugin name>.dll

    Then rescan in plug-in manager.

    I downloaded and installed this and it works fine for me. You don't need to register plugin DLLs with Windows in order for SONAR to recognise them.
    I copied Noise Reduction.dll to the VST folder specified in Plugin Manager (VST Configuration/Options). In my case this is D:\Vstplugins.
    I then rescanned and it appeared in the available plugins list under VST Effects.
    Before I could insert it on a track I had to add it to the default Plugin Menu layout.
