can't get izotopes mastering bundle to work in sonar x2 --even copied .dll to cakewalk/vst

can't get izotopes mastering bundle to work in sonar x2 --even copied .dll to cakewalk/vst

Works fine in Sound forge 10--when I run plug-in manager I see it fly by as it is scanned but still NG in the plug-in layouts inside Sonar.

Windows 10/64 bit/i7-6560U/SSD/16GB RAM/Cakelab/Sonar Platinum/Pro Tools/Studio 1/Studio 192/DP88/MOTU AVB/Grace M101/AKG Various/Blue Woodpecker/SM81x2/Yamaha C1L Grand Piano/CLP545/MOX88/MOTIF XS Rack Rack/MX61/Korg CX3/Karma/Scarbee EP88s/ Ivory/Ravenscroft Piano/JBL4410/NS10m/Auratones/Omnisphere/Play Composers Selection/Waves/Komplete Kontrol

    If it's the version that comes with SF10, it's locked to that application.

    That is correct the iZotope bundle included in SP10 is locked to SF10. There was a time early on in SF9 when the bundle was not locked to the application. It was quickly corrected with an update. I was surprised the zplane Elastique was not locked.
