I gotta ask, what's a "Co1"? (Probably someone knows, but just not me.) What is selected as the input for the audio track?

    ASUS P5ND/Intel E8500, Line6 Toneport UX2/PODFarm, Sonar, Axiom 25, Blue Bluebird, Audio-Technica AT3035s, Blue Snowflake, Line6 Spider IV 150 & AMPLIFI, Crate 1

You need to give your system specs and the basic settings. It's normally useless to ask technical questions without telling what gear, software and drivers you are using. I have no clue of what Co1 is, either.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

c01 is the samson mic.. which model ? the USB version or the analog version.. I'll assume it's the USB one.. if so, have a read of this http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=1618556 . I would advise a decent playback card also..

Be sure to check all your computer volume levels and set the appropriate outputs, are you using ASIO for the driver?
