cant hear anything, HELP!!!

Hi community, I need help- I recieve an ""AUDIO DRIVER ERROR message the following drivers either do not support the current audio format or are in use by another application. Please choose if you want to disable them or use them anyway"", What do I do from here I dont understand I cant hear anything when I play a wave loop , but when I play music on a different program I can hear.
