change pitch

hi
is it possible to change the tune from wave (clips) from 440 to 443 hz
example a bass line played in note A in  440 hz , and now i need it in 443 hz?
with sonar, not melodyne or somethin extern , only with sonar x3?

If you create groove clips with the bassline, it might be possible to tune each one up by a few cents. Once you have one tuned, you can copy the fine pitch change from the Track Inspector > Clip > Groove Clip > Fine Pitch and paste that setting to all other clips, selecting all of them and pasting to the "Fine Pitch" field. This will set all the subsequent clips to the same pitch. I've never tried groove clipping an entire song, but I think it is probably better to make reasonably small, multiple-measure clips.
