changing default ProChannel presets folder

Hello,

I googled this one and searched here as well but couldnt find an answer, maybe someone can help me.

Whenever i open the ProChannel 'Load Preset/Save Presets...' dialog box it navigates by default to a folder on my system drive, i then have to navigate to the folder where the presets are located, i suppose i could just move the presets to where the dialog box takes me, but i was wondering if there was a way to change the default 'open/save' location of my ProChannel presets?

Thanks,

There is a registry setting for this:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\X1\UserPaths\ProChannelStripPresetFolder

Use regedit to change it to the folder you want. If anyone knows of a way to change it within SONAR then that would obviously be preferable, but I don't think there is.

My DAW: Intel i5, Cakewalk UA-1G, Win7 64 bit, SONAR X1a Producer 64 bit

I don't suppose there is a registry entry to fix the default for all VST plugins is there ?  It would sure be nice to be able to open your presets for different plugins and not have to hunt all over to find them.
