changing pitch or length of audio clips in Sonar

Is there an easy/fast way to change the pitch (a real pitch change, with length change too) of an audio clip in sonar? Like say I want to bump a clip by a half step (or even some %) in pitch and speed?
If yes, then...
Is there a way I can draw automation on a clip to create a record stop slow down or speed up effect? If not, then what is a good plug-in that does this?

Melodyne seems limited to just pitching.

See the tip for Week 20 in Friday's Tip of the Week. Works like a champ, and is a lot easier than maintaining a tape deck with varispeed .
