changing playback speed in home studio 7

Is there a way to change the playback speed in home studio 7.  Like to slow it down in order to learn instrumental parts.  Thanks recording gurus

    Try this:
Import the song you want to slow down into a new project.
Select the track by clicking on it. It should turn black (or darker, anyway) to show it's been selected.
Go to the top and click Process>Length. Click the Stretch Audio box. Set the amount you want to stretch it, like 115% or so. Click OK.
It should stretch the audio, making it slower but still in key, and easier to learn those lightning-fast accordion riffs.
This won't change the tempo of the project, it will just stretch and slow down the audio, perfect for learning parts.

Be alert, though: It is a destructive process. So, if you accidentally press Ctrl-S and then close, the tempo of the track is changed. You can of course shrink it back to original, but that takes some advanced mathematics. If 115% speeds the tempo by 15%, then shrinking by 85% does not bring it back to original.
Also, I don't know if stretching-shrinking decreases the audio quality.
