click bug when recording
Hi. I have a project with changing bars (4/4... 3/4... etc) and if I put the metronome during playback it´s ok, but the metronome during recording goes mixes all the accents. any ideas? Thanks.

do you have X1a? I'll try to reproduce this and see if I get the same results.

nope. mine follows the time signature perfectly during recording and playback in a project where I changed the time signature from 4/4 to 3/4 and back and forth several times. it never missed a beat (pun intended!)

In preference's under project/metronome make sure the output is directed somewhere. Such as a newly created bus. It could be going to an out that has an effect or something on it .. try that.

It' a longstanding bug that count-in causes problems with mixed meters. You'll have to disable count-in to get the recording click to stay synced. If you really need a count-in for recording additional parts from the first bar, you'll need to slide the whole project later by a measure or two so you can use the first couple of blank measures for the count-in.

thank you. I thought of doing that, but I didn´t know how to "insert" measures at the begining so I don´t mess the measures structure. How is it done'?

Set your Now time at 1:01:000, then Project > Insert TIme/Measures, and specify the number of measures to insert.
