click removal software

Anyone know of something that will get rid of, what I would call, digital static clicks (on a guitar track)?
I've tried waves X and Z noise clik removers, and the thing in wavelab. a little better but not gone.

    Go get yourself a free trial of Izotope Rx. But..., there's a learning curve. You are going to have to do some reading.

    Thanks Alegria. I spent quite awhile with the fixit tool(?) (in the analysis menu) in Wavelab and was finally successful. Did quite a job actually.
