computer crash

hi,

i've a rain element which is a windows based computer. it has started turning off on me and says that it had to turn off due to a problem. then it says that it maybe due to recently added hardware or software. the only way for me to get it back going is to start it in safe mode and then turn it off (manually with the cpu on/ off button.) then it will restart only to crash again a few minutes later. i'm thinking it might be due to my latest additions. i've recently added 1 gig along with sonar 6 and a presonus firepod. it never did this until after these additions. what can i do to fix this problem?

    to test:
    Remove what you recently added, 1 piece of hard ware at a time, and see if it works.
