confused about routing to buses

Hi all,
Please!!!
I am confused about routing to buses... (X3e) Take a look at the picture, bus E should not be playing, isnt it?

    It looks like E has something going to it. You can solo that bus to figure out what it is.

    my eyes too... i think the image is too small, but i cannot upload image maybe because "Some restrictions apply to prevent link (URL) Spam." Can i please send image directly to email?

    In Chrome at least, you can right-click on that tiny image in the OP and select "Copy image URL." If you paste that in the browser and go to that address, you can see it larger.

    Do any of the buses have sends that May be routing audio there?

    Sends set to PRE fader are not affected by solo or mute functions.

    yes, sends are pre, trigger must get signal no affected by fader...

    That's why, you're mute and solo buttons are not affecting that bus.  The signal is going to the bus regardless of mute or solo on other tracks because its set to Pre-fader.
