controlling individual clip gain in track lanes?

is it possible to adjust the volume of single clip in a collection of clip in a track line, while i am selecting/comping the best takes out of several ones?

    Each Take Lane has it's own Edit Filter which can be switched to show Clip Automation, i.e. Gain & Pan

    but you want to be remindful when using automation on different takes while comping (this is typically something you should do later, not while comping) because once you flatten the comp, you are going to be left with levels all over the place.
