controlling pro channel

How do you setup a hardware controller to control prochannel.  I like it but I find it considerably less useful than a vst because I cant set up my novation automap controller to use it.  Nor can I figure out how to do a midi learn that will work for the selected channel rather than one channel only.  anybody know how to do this?

We are getting close to releasing a multi unit capable bcr2000 cs plug for prochannel modules, mixer strip and the sonitus per track eq in older and lesser versions of Sonar too.. Supporting one to five units in and inline layout and a 40 track, monitor spanning,  viewporting, virtual scribble strip.

It would be out now but we are waiting for expanded to come out to see what hoops we'll have to jump through to support whatever cake has gone and done.

Hang in there it will be well worth it.

I set up the MIDI controls on my ZED-R16 to use the compressor & saturation elements of the prochannel via ACT, that works great and is relatively easy to do.

There's lots of info on how to do it out there. THIS ONE for example.

I have never played with ACT because I use novation but that article shed a little new light on it.  I may play around with that.  thanks
