converting project to wave file

I've done this before but haven't mastered it, I just want to compare methods (or check myself) for the proper way of converting a file to WAVE.


Do I select busses and only highlight the master buss? or do I select tracks and select all to put a project on a cd? I think I'm doing something wrong.

    It's called exporting, no different "methods" to compare, one simple action, you export a project to get it "out of SONAR" in a format of your choice.
    Route all tracks to Master bus, and use that as the export source. You don't need to highlight anything, unless you only export certain, selected tracks or a portion of the timeline.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

    Select all the tracks, export audio, and what you hear.... click OK   done.

    That where I am running into problems......I am highlighting all the tracks as if I were bouncing a specific track.  Good work men.
