copying, installing, and viewing GM loops

Apologies if this seems rudimentary - but I haven't been able to get good help with this.  How (where) do I copy the Groove Monkee loops I bought into Sonar?   I bought 4 packs of loops - and the GM support guy told me to 1) run the installer and 2) copy the stuff in "Other Midi Mappings" into Sonar's Session Drummer folder.  Problem being I have two SD folders in separate locations on my computer (one is C:\Cakewalk Content\ and the other is under C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk etc....)

Which one goes where?  Then how can I access them from inside Sonar...assuming I got them into the right folder?   If someone could walk me thru this I'd be grateful.   I'm on X3 (in a Win7/64 environment)

It does not matter, what every is easiest for your workflow. They can go in with the demo loops in "C:\Cakewalk Content\MIDI Library\Groove Monkey" or "C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Session Drummer 3\Contents\Patterns" or any other directory. I don't put them in either preferring to keep purchased loops separate from bundled Cakewalk loops. It is easy enough to integrate additional locations in the media browser.

I notice that the stuff in the GM Other MIDI mappings has a .pal file suffix?   What is that for?  I assume Session Drummer runs those?

I googled it and it is a image file used for graphics in games. It will not be your music.

As far as I know all you need to do is put them in a folder that you know it's location. You can use the media browser or simply copy paste, drag and drop them into any empty midi track.
I have never used a pre made loop so am totally dumb but I believe you can use the step sequencer? Or load a pattern into session drummer?
I find those methods kinda tedious so I just play the dang things myself to the metronome.

There are a lot of tutorials on working with midi loops.

The Groove Monkee support person told me to copy the entire contents of "Other MIDI Mappings" into my Session Drummer folder.  Problem is I have two of them:

    C:\Cakewalk Content\Sonar X3 Producer\Track Templates\Soft Synth Templates\Session Drummer 3\

    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VSTplugins\Session Drummer 3\

This directory is for track templates not MIDI loops
    C:\Cakewalk Content\Sonar X3 Producer\Track Templates\Soft Synth Templates\Session Drummer 3\

This directory is the top level of the 64bit Session Drummer 3 plug-in
    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VSTplugins\Session Drummer 3\
The MIDI loops are found in Patterns directory beneath this. Place them there if you wish. Or Place them in the MIDI Library in the Cakewalk Content directory.

    The initial post referenced
    C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk etc....
which is a 32bit installation directory.

It is not clear whether 32bit, 64bit or both versions of X3 are installed.

No, most of the files are not for Session Drummer. The .pal extension is used by BFD. There is no need to copy everything. All the Groove Monkee packages that I purchased have a "...Session Drummer" directory in the "Other MIDI Mappings." If the plan is to use the MIDI loops with Session Drummer, this is all you need to copy into a directory. The rest of the of the Groove Monkee package is not needed unless you have the synths referenced in the directory names.

I made an error in my original post.   I have the 64 bit version installed.
