What kinds of crashes? Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say? Was it working and then something changed? Any recent updates? New VSTs? Have you tried contacting support? I hope you can get it sorted, but we will need a lot more information if you want help... Regards, Dan

No error message, the problem is the use of the partition (and mouse?) ...
To explain:
I have an audio track 1 and I take the different instruments at hand.
When the sequence blocks , I have to reboot , but this time not open the file .cwp

Are you using a VST that might be crashing? What happens if you try using a different VST? Dan

It can not be simpler, just the score !
And that's the way partition it hangs.
When I work the audio, no problem.

What version of Sonar? There was an update a few months back that caused hangs while editing midi for some people, but Manchester is solid. Regards, Dan

Do you have any controllers installed? Try this, with Sonar closed, rename ctrlsurface.dat to ctrlsurface.dat.old and ttsseq.ini to ttsseq.ini.old. Start Sonar, add your keyboard controller in Edit > Preferences > MIDI > Devices, apply and see if it crashes.

Perhaps try doing a Save As and open the newly created version?
