crash with EW

Working with only two tracks, EW orchestra gold and EW piano gold (keyswitches on violin) and when i tried to enter another take lane with piano, I started to get a wacky violin sound. After a couple of retries, I got the notice that sonar.exe had stopped working. 
 
Back to normal now, and I've really been quite trouble free and happy, so reporting this just as info for sonar techs.
