No, Studio Instruments Drums comes with a bunch of kits and a fairly small collection of patterns. To create your own stuff, you would have do it in your host using MIDI -- with something like the Piano Roll View or Step Sequencer (in Sonar). Or you can purchase MIDI drum patterns from a vendor like Groove Monkee. Don't know how well SI works in Garageband.

    SONAR Platinum, Win10-64, Acer Aspire V15 (i7-4510U, 2.0GHz, 8GB), Quad-Capture
