dim pro modulation

I have a flute sound I am trying to tweak. It goes into modulation (vibrato?) right a way and I would like it to only modulate when I use the modulation wheel? Can someone point me in the right direction? I know there are a lot of adjustments, I just haven't figured them out yet.

Thanks.

I'll assume that the source is an LFO. So click on the Pitch module and set the Pitch LFO depth to 0 -- but set the Freq, Sync, Delay to your liking. Then, open up the Mod Matrix and assign the Mod Wheel to Pitch LFO Depth -- and set the Depth and Smooth params.

    Thanks Torhan,

It doesn't seem to be responding, but I'll play with it some more. Thanks for giving me a place to start.

Some presets have the modulation 'recorded' within the multisample itself. One example would be the 'Flute V Legato' patch from 24 - Garritan Pocket Orchestra - Woodwinds. In that case, it's locked in, and you can't adjust it without substituting another multisample, or some heavy editing/re-looping inside of a wav editor.

To determine if this is the case for any given preset, click on the Load Multisamples slot, and replace the preset's multisample with anything from the 00 - Wavetables folder. If you no longer hear any modulation, then it's within the sample itself (or possibly contained within the .sfz script serving as the preset's core).
