distortion problem w/ exporting .wav

I am getting a distortion while exporting to .wav.   I have several v-vocal tracks but they are not playing back.  The distortion runs for the first few seconds while playing the .wav file.  I've haven't had this problem before?
also, I have bounced the v-vocal tracks
