distortion when exporting to wav

I am getting a distortion while exporting to .wav.   I have several v-vocal tracks but they are not playing back on the wav file. Everything plays perfect in x1.  The distortion runs for the first few seconds while playing the .wav file.  I've haven't had this problem before?
also, I have bounced the v-vocal tracks tried everying logical.
can anyone tell me why this is happening?
Thanks Reburg

Everytime I had a distorted wav file it was due to too much gain either on master or H/W outputs.

Windows 10/64, Intel i7 Xeon X6575 3,07GHz, 24Gb RAM, chipset: Intel X58 Express, Kingston SSD 240Gb,  Sonar Platinum , Edirol UA-25.  (Some extra VSTs: PSP almost all/  IK - AT4, ST3, / AAS - all/ TH3 full/ +10dB/ Melodyne Editor). EVE sc205 monitors, Defil Kosmos guitar, blue lava lamp, ashtray.  And there is some great music you may find at: https://soundcloud.com/pawel-jan-1

Well there's 2 problems here, the absence of vocal tracks in the export and the distortion.

Describe how things are routed in Sonar.
Are you routing Tracks > Busses > Master Bus > Main Outs?
Is there clipping on ANY of these meters?
Are your main outs set at 0dB?

Let me be more clear. ..I'm sorry I didn't realize I was so vague. .the v vocal tracks seem to be causing the distortion I guess. The v-vocal tracks play in the background of the distortion for about 10 seconds, very slightly, then it clears up, only then the v-vocal tracks are silent. From about 10 seconds on it plays as if there are no v-vocal tracks...the routing is all out to monitor 1 on each track. Using saff pro 40.....as I stated...never had a problem before. ..thanks again for your time and consideration.

    Thanks for the help...
You guys steered me in the right direction.
It's working. Evidently I had effects at odds. Thank you again for the help.
