does 8.5.3 have a buss effect bin? Where is it?

anyone know the answer to this one?  For instance, if I have vocals on 8 tracks, I want the same effect on one of the outputs without putting that effect on each track separately.

    Every track and buss have an effects bin. Create a buss, add a send for each vocal track to the buss, drop your effects into the effects bin in the buss

    Thanks.  I guess I am so use to an outboard mixer where a buss already exists, I did not realize that in the console view a new buss could be created!  So this is very good news.
