downloading cakewalk 5.0.5 update for windows 7 support

downloading cakewalk 5.0.5 update for windows 7 support

I am unable to download the cakewalk 5.0.5 update for windows 7 support.
 
I click on the link to download the update, and the window pops up as if to download,
but it never shows transferring any data.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Without the update, using an Maudio delta 44, I can't get any sound input for audio recording from my microphones.
I have been using the same Maudio delta 44 successfully with Windows XP and Music Creator 2002,
I just built a new system, upgraded to Windows 7, and upgraded to Cakewalk 5,
so I am hoping I can get this new setup to work so I can continue to make recordings.

    hi nathan - if the update is not downloading it's probably because of something on your computer like virus scanner or browser settings that's preventing it from downloading.

    the update, however, doesn't have anything to do with getting sound from the delta 44.  (well, maybe it does, but more importantly:)when you upgraded your computer, did you install the new win7 drivers from m-audio's website for your delta 44?
