drumagog 4 not in effects list?

I'm trying to get drumagog 4 to show up in my track effects list. if i go to vst settings and add it, it still wont show up in my track effects, I'm on windows 10, and sonar platinum. I also did a search here but couldnt find anything.   

Thanks Bristol. I installed sonar 8.5 32bit and I could see drumagog right away.
