editing between Win 7 and Win 8.1

hello! can i edit and record in different OS (ex. between Windows 7 and Windows 8.1) without having issues? just got a laptop with Windows 8.1, but all my projects are in my desktop, which runs Windows 7. Thank you.

Yes you can - the OS will make no difference at all. Just make sure you have all of the plugins used in your projects installed on both systems.
