editing the clip map in autosnap

im having a real hard time trying to get the click(metrodone to line up with a piece of audio that was recorded without a metrodone.
i have the clip map set up and it moves fine to the places i need it to.
but the click(metrodone does not follow it.)
 
i watch fbb's videos loyaly but this one im really stuck on.
 
i have set up autosnap/set project from clip.got the tempo fine,but as the tempo drifts,i grab the map and line it up.
but what the map is showing and what i hear isnt the same.
 
id love any help.
