I dimly remember seeing this from some time ago, for a couple of folks.
 
I think something in their account got messed up, or their associated email account changed, if memory serves.
 
I believe that both people ended up getting it sorted out with the assistance from technical support.
 
Please note that the above is from a foggy brain, so I can only heop for the best, with regard to my memory on the issue.
