enable midi out in Studio One and Cubase?- SOLVED

Hi:  I sometimes use "enable midi output" for softsynths with Sonar.  It is great and easy to use; Using it with NI's Komplete Kontrol is great.  Sonar is my "goto" DAW, but occasionally I use Studio One 3 and Cubase 8.5.  I can't seem to remember or findout how to "enable midi out" for softsynths in Studio One or Cubase.  Does anyone know how to enable midi out with Studio One and with Cubase?

Sorry to ask, but I know some of you use these other DAWS also, and figure you might point me in the right direction. I ask here because you guys know what "enable midi output" on a softsynth is.  If I ask on the Presonus or Steinberg forums, I not sure they would know what "enable midi output" for a softsynth actually is.

I just figured it out for myself.  I had forgotten how simple it was because neither Studio One nor Cubase has to "enable midi out".  I remembered that Cthulhu functions as a softsynth and sends midi out (chords and arps) to a second softsynth of your choice.   I found two videos showing how to install Cthulhu with Studio One and with Cubase.  So I tried the same technique, but instead of using Cthulhu I replaced it with Komplete Kontrol software and tested it's chord and arp modes.  It worked fine in both Studio One and Cubase.

Just in case any others are trying to figure this out and are not remembering how it works, I am providing the video links below.  Just remember to substitute in place of Cthulhu and put in its place the softsynth that you want to get MIDI from to drive the second softsynth.  Here are the video links:
