envelope automation of reaktor

hello everybody !
i'd like to use sonar 2.0 to automate reaktor, and it works, but only in normal midi language, which lacks resolution (127 steps, you know..). So i wonder how to increase this resolution to avoid the typical 'stairs'-effect.
Could someone help me?
i'd be very grateful

ps. ive sent a email to native intruments to aks them this question, and they did only know about how to make it work with cubase & logic. But at least they told me reaktor doesn't support rpn/nrpn).

AFAIK MIDI automation is all you can do in Reaktor. If anyone knows differently I'd certainly be interested in hearing about it.

If you are getting stepping sounds when changing a Reaktor parameter you may need to go into the structure of your ensemble and put an 'event smoother' module between the control you are automating and it's destination. That will make the changes sound less 'stairsteppy'.

i didn't think of that, but it certainly is a very elegant solution.
But if it's true that reaktor only accepts afaik, it's definitely a very weak point
    thank you very much !
