experience with asrock 58 deluxe?

i'm thinking about a new pc and i have found this board:
asrock x58 deluxe

which has 1366 socket and 3xPCI slots which i need for my creamware sonic|core system (64 bit drivers are available).
i will mount a i7 950 processor and 12 GB RAM 1333 valueram kingston.

will sonar producer 8.5 with win7 64 bit run ok??
i will also use kontakt 3.5 and garritan orchestra.

any experience with this MoBo?
thanks!

FYI: MaximumPC in their Holiday Issue said to hold off on buying anything with the LGA1366 socket because its going to be replaced later this year with the LGA2011 socket.

I know... one should never upgrade because there's always something new knocking at the door!
honestly, i would go for the new 1155 socket but i'm not sure about buying a new technology as soon as it comes out, because of money and reliability of "first generation" boards...

... but still i'm in doubt...
and i would like to upgrade very soon because the more i wait the more problems i will have for my hobby! :)
