export problem

when trying to export a project from Sonar producer 8.5 the audio is slow on playback of the exported file.  this small project was recorded @44.1, 24 bit and exported as a broadcast wave file 16bit, 44.1
I did another project a few days ago with the same settings and everything worked perfectly.
I compared settings from other projects and everything seems the same.
help!

Are you certain it was recorded at 44.1 and not 48?

A file recorded at 48 will export at 44.1 if you set it thus. A 44.1 file played back at 48 will sound slow. It is your playback device that is defaulting to 48.
