export with u-law...

Hi,
We have to export this project to this specific audio format.
:
 
·         Bit Rate: 64 kbps
·         Audio sample size: 8 bit
·         Channels: 1 (mono)
·         Audio sample rate: 8 kHz
·         Audio format: CCITT u-Law
codec: G711.
 
I used to do this in the past with Soundforge but I do not have it installed in this daw.
Can I do this in Sonar X3e?
