Looking for Free synths / instruments for Sonar 8.5 LE

Hi.  Could someone point me to any good sites where I can get some extra free content for Sonar 8.5 LE?  I know you can find free Synths on the net, but I'm not sure which sites are considered safe and reputable.  Also, I thought I came across some free add ons on the Sonar site, but can 't seem to find those anymore.

    KVR is probably the main place.. also if you look at the reviews there

    things like superwave p8 (the free version)
    synth1
    crystal
    TAL bassline (and the other tal synths)

    thats a few things to get you started anyway.. BUT it's very easy to get carried away with freebies, sometimes it's a big case of sorting the wheat from the chaff
