GEE I FORGOT , EXPORTING QUESTION

I didn't think I would forget but I did after using Project 5 for all of these months .
I decided to create my next song using my Sonar Home Studio XL and right now I created only one track a drum track.
I wanted to export the track to a WAV file and then I wanted to import back on a audio track in SHS7XL .
The only thing highlighted is ( export audio ) and this is a Midi track .

I forgot how to export one or all of my tracks into a WAV file using Sonar Home Studio 7 XL .
Can someone refresh my memory , see what happens right after a birthday you loose your memory !

Not sure why you're wanting to do this.  You can simply freeze the synth track and it will create a WAV file in the project. Are you using "Simple Instrument" MIDI tracks or the regular MIDI track & associated AUDIO track configuration?

Or you can just bounce the midi to audio right inside Sonar. No need to export it and import it back in. Try reading the manual on bouncing and freezing. It will clear this issue up in no time..

Thanks everyone for the help with freezing or bouncing the tracks that I want to work with.
While I'm thinking about it is anyone working with Rewire in Sonar Home Studio 7 XL ?
I can click on Rewire and I see Project 5 next , when you Rewire Sonar with Project 5 what am I working with , both SHS7XL and Project 5 together in SHS7XL ?

Thanks for the help again, check back later.
