Big Sonar Session Next Thursday!

Next Thursday is a really big session and I need to know how to set up Sonar for basting.
 
Do I throw the basting plugin on a track or a buss?
 
And if I want to add a little crispness, which plugin should I use?  Again would this plugin go on a track, or on a buss?
 
I want really juicy results so I figure I'll sample at 350 with olive oil using a Kenmore interface.
 
I know Sonar has the new Matrix View, but I think the job may require "o"live rewired with Sonar.
 
Sure hope I'm on the right track here!
 
Anybody have suggestions?
